HOT CHOCO Souffle

Ingredients:
250 grams of margarine
125 grams of wheat flour
500 ml of liquid milk
100 grams of granulated sugar
250 grams of cooking chocolate "dark" melt
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Garnish: chocolate cookbook "dark", grated to taste

How to make:
1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius temperature, heat-resistant bowl prepare
small size of 8 cm, spread with margarine and set aside.
2. Heat margarine, put the flour, stir well, put milk, granulated sugar
and cooking chocolate has melted, stir, remove from heat. Add egg yolks, stirring
average.
3. Mix the dough with the egg whites stiffly beaten egg and stir well.
4. Take a bowl pour the batter and bake for 45 minutes until cooked, out
from the oven sprinkle with shaved chocolate.
5. Serve warm.
