Chocolate mousse

Ingredients:
5 eggs
80 grams sugar
3 tablespoons gelatin dissolved in 50 ml of hot water
250 grams of cooking chocolate melted
250 ml heavy cream
Garnishes: whipped cream and a cherry red

How to make:
1. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar over low heat with 2 pieces of container, one
for hot water and one for the egg mixture, beat until soft and fluffy,
lift. Enter the gelatin solution and cooking chocolate has melted, stir well.
2. Beat the heavy cream until fluffy in the cold, then mix with
egg mixture and stir well.
3. Pour into glasses, chill for 2 hours.
4. Serve cold with whipped cream and decorative red cherries.
For: 6 cups
