CHOCO SPONGE ROLL

Ingredients:
4 egg yolks
1 egg white
80 grams sugar
1/2 teaspoons cake emulsifier
50 grams of wheat flour
10 grams of cocoa powder
chocolate pasta to taste
80 grams of margarine, melted
Spread: butter chocolate or instant VLA, to taste

How to make:
1. Prepare a baking sheet size of 20 cm spread with margarine and sprinkle with flour, and
cormorant is sufficient to measure 20 cm baking dish, heat with enough water.
2. Beat eggs with sugar and cake emulsifier / TBM / ovalet / sp, beat until
floating and soft.
3. Enter the flour and cocoa powder, stir well, add liquid margarine, stir

4. Steam for 30 minutes until cooked, remove from heat and pour the prepared baking sheet cake,
cool and spread with chocolate spread, roll and padatkan.
5. Cut into wedges and serve.
