TOMATO SOUP SEAFOOD

MATERIALS:
3 tomatoes, blender
2 tablespoons margarine
1 small onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 bay leaves
1 liter of water
2 carrots, diced small
2 potatoes, peeled and diced small
300 grams of shrimp were, peeled leaving tails
300 grams of mussels
300 grams of white shells
250 grams of meat snapper
1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
Topping: chopped parsley

HOW TO MAKE:
1. Heat margarine, saute onion and garlic until fragrant, enter
bay leaves and water, bring to a boil.
2. Add the carrots and potatoes and cook until done.
3. Enter the shrimp, mussels, clams in white, snapper, salt, pepper and sugar, cook
until cooked, add the tomatoes have softened, stir well, cook briefly,
lift.
4. Serve warm, sprinkled with chopped parsley.
