Spicy shredded chicken

MATERIALS:
2 chicken breast, hard boiled, shredded coarse
350 ml thick coconut milk from 1 coconut
5 lime leaves
2 stalks lemongrass crushed
1 cm galangal minced
2 bay leaves
1 tablespoon tamarind Java
1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 tablespoons cooking oil

puree:
10 red chilies
10 spring onions
5 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon sugar jawa, comb
2 cm kencur
1 teaspoon shrimp paste cooked

HOW TO MAKE:
1. Boiled chicken, shredded, shredded and set aside.
2. Heat oil, fry the spice paste until fragrant enter
coconut milk, shredded chicken, lime leaves, lemon grass, galangal, salam, tamarind water, salt and
pepper. Cook until the herbs dry, remove from heat.
3. Serve as a complement to rice packets.
For: 8 people
