Spicy grilled chicken

MATERIALS:
1 chicken, cut into 16 pieces
2 tablespoons lime juice and 1 teaspoon salt
3 stalks lemongrass, crushed
3 lime leaves
2 cm ginger, crushed
2 pieces of pandan leaf
10 tablespoons sweet soy sauce Bango
5 tablespoons cooking oil
Mash roughly:
350 grams of green peppers
15 pieces of green chili sauce
10 red onions
5 cloves garlic
2 tsp salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon chicken-flavored Royco
2 teaspoons lemon juice

HOW TO MAKE:
1. Wash chicken thoroughly, coat with lemon juice and salt, let stand
for 10 minutes, wash again, drain.
2. Grilled chicken over hot coals, after being cooked, crushed and set aside.
3. Heat oil, sauté the crushed spices with lemon grass, lime leaves, ginger and leaves
pandanus until fragrant. Enter Bango sweet soy sauce and stir well. Ripe
until flavors mingle.
4. Once cooked, put lemon juice, stir, remove from heat.
5. Serve warm with white rice.
