Glazed Brownies Choco

Ingredients: 250 grams of chocolate msak "dark"
125 grams unsalted butter / margarine
100 grams of brown sugar
40 grams sugar
2 eggs
75 grams of wheat flour
125 grams of roasted cashew nuts, roughly chopped
150 grams of cooking chocolate "white", diced small
Glazed Choco spread:
175 grams of cooking chocolate "dark"
50 grams of unsalted butter
3 tablespoons corn syrup or honey
1/2 teaspoon instant coffee

How to make:
1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius temperature, prepare a baking sheet with a size 20
cm rectangular shape, Cover with baking paper and spread margarine and set aside.
2. Heat over low heat, cooking chocolate, unsalted butter with brown sugar and ula
sand until melted and sugar has dissolved, stir, remove from heat.
3. Put the eggs and flour, stir well, add the cashew nuts and chocolate pieces
cook and stir well.
4. Pour into pan and bake for 25 minutes.
5. Spread: Heat over low heat cooking chocolate, unsalted butter, corn syrup, coffee dn
instant, cook and stir until melted, remove from heat, remove the steam. Save
the closet pendingain for 1 hour.
6. Spread over the brownies and Choco glazed pieces according to taste.
