CHOCOLATE BOLU VLAA ISI

Ingredients:
6 egg yolks
3 egg whites
175 grams of granulated sugar
100 grams of wheat flour
20 grams of sifted cocoa powder
1/2 tteaspoons baking powder
80 grams of margarine lumerkan
Vlaa:
450 ml of liquid milk
50 ml heavy cream
100 grams of granulated sugar
60 grams of cornstarch
1/2 teaspoons salt
2 egg yolks
Rhum taste, if desired
Topping: brown powder

How to make:
1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius temperature, have a rectangular baking dish
20 cm, spread with margarine, sprinkle with flour, set aside.
2. Cake: Beat eggs with sugar until smooth and paler in color.
Enter the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder, mix well add
margarine has melted, stir well pour into baking dish.
3. Panggan in the oven for 30 minutes until cooked, remove from heat to cool.
4. Once cool cut horizontally into 2 parts set aside.
5. Vlaa: take a bit of liquid milk to dissolve cornstarch and add the yolks
eggs and stir well. Residual liquid milk mixed with heavy cream, sugar and salt,
stir well, add the cornstarch solution, stir, bring to a boil once thickened,
lift.
6. Bolu put it back in the pan, pour the VLA and cover with a piece of cake
and chill.
7. After the cold behind and sprinkle with cocoa powder, decorated according to taste.
