BLUEBERRY CHEESE CAKE

The basic ingredients:
200 grams of biscuits
100 g unsalted butter, melted
Dough content:
250 gr cream cheese
100 gr powdered sugar
2 eggs
10 g gelatin, stirring with 50 ml of hot water
500 ml heavy cream, whipped
1 tablespoon grated orange peel lemon
Garnish: 1 can of Blueberry

How to make:
1. Prepare a baking sheet size 22 cm apart pairs, set aside
2. Blend crackers, unsalted butter that has been put dilumerkan, stir well
3. Dough content:
Beat cream cheese until smooth, put the sugar and eggs alternately. Beat
continues to expand, and enter the gelatin that has been mixed with water
heat and stir well. Add heavy cream that has been whipped stiff, grated
orange and lemon juice and stir well.
4. Pour half the batter into the baking dish and pour half of the
Blueberries, pour the remaining batter and blueberries on top.
5. Store in refrigerator for at least 4 hours to harden.
6. Serve cold.
