ZEBRA CAKE brown spots 

Ingredients: 
300 grams of margarine 
250 grams of granulated sugar 
1 tablespoon rum baker 
10 eggs, yolks and whites separated 
300 grams of wheat flour 
1 teaspoon baking powder 
6 tablespoons cocoa meyses 
chocolate dough: 
3 tablespoons cocoa powder 
2 teaspoons brown pasta 

How to make: 
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius temperature, prepare the baking pan shape 
ring size of 24 cm, spread with margarine and sprinkle with flour, set aside. 
2. Beat margarine and sugar until smooth, put the vanilla powder and yellow 
eggs gradually and continue to beat until blended. Enter the flour and baking 
powder and stir well. 
3. Add beaten egg whites have stiff and stir well. 
4. Chocolate dough: take 1/4 dough and pasta give a brown powder brown, stirring 
average. 
5. Pour 1/2 part white dough into a baking pan, pour the batter 1/2 the dough 
chocolate and sprinkle with 3 tablespoons brown meyses, stir to make a marble pattern, 
pour remaining white batter and chocolate batter, sprinkle meyses and shape patterns 
marble. 
6. Bake for 45 minutes until cooked, remove from heat. Serve as a complement 
drinking tea or coffee.
