Yoghurt Cake

Ingredients:
200 grams of butter or margarine
200 grams of castor sugar
4 egg yolks
1 tablespoon grated orange peel lemon
80 ml lemon juice
200 ml yoghurt
250 grams of wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
4 egg whites beaten until stiff.
Spread:
125 grams of powdered sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
50 ml Yoghurt

How to make:
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius temperature, prepare the baking pan shape
ring size of 20 cm, spread with margarine and sprinkle with flour, set aside.
2. Beat butter and sugar until smooth, put the eggs and beat again
until blended.
3. Enter grated orange peel, orange juice, lemon, yogurt, and flour, stirring

4. Pour into pan and bake for 30 minutes until cooked, remove from heat
and chill.
5. Spread: Mix powdered sugar with lemon juice and yogurt and stir well. apply
