ice GREEN TAPE Pudding

 Ingredients:
1 BKS green agar-agar powder
600 ml of water
150 gr Sugar Sand
250 gr Green Tape Ketan
Contents:
1 pc Young Coconut
300 ml coconut milk
Red syrup
Sweetened Condensed Milk
Shaved ice

 How to Make:
1. Boil water, mixed with agar-agar. Stir well and add the sugar. After
boiling, insert the tape, stir and cook briefly.
2. Pour into the pan, remove the steam and put in refrigerator.
3. Once cool, cut into cubes and pour into a glass. Add coconut
and young coconut milk, or milk.
4. Give shaved ice, add condensed milk and red syrup.
5. Garnish with pandan leaves and serve.
