CREAM CAKE Mango

Ingredients:
Wrap a layer weight of 265 gr legit, sliced
Fill the dough:
2 harummanis mango puree
100 grams sugar
250 ml of liquid milk
1 packet gelatin powder white
500 ml heavy cream, whipped
10 grams of gelatin dissolved in 50 ml of warm water
Garnishes:
Fresh Strawberry

How to make:
1. Prepare a baking sheet size 22 cm apart pairs, set aside
2. Tata legit slices in the bottom layer and the edge of pan
3. Dough content: mangoes that have been mashed mixed with sugar, liquid milk
and agar-agar, stir well and bring to a boil, remove from heat and let cool.
4. Beat heavy cream until stiff float, mix into the dough
mango.
5. Gelatin dissolved in warm water and pour it into the mango mixture, stir
average.
6. Pour the contents into a pan and store in refrigerator for
3 hours to harden.
7. Decorate according to taste and serve.
